Aileen Ellen Elrick was born in Glasgow in 1953 and was adopted as a baby, Her name was changed to Aileen Atkinson Paton. She knows that she had 2 sisters one was Rosina Helen Elrick born 1948 , the other was Margaret Helen Elrick born 1943, Margaret married William Sutton in Nov 1963 and William was in the RAF. Their mothers name was Marguerite Helen Elrick who was born in 1923. Aileen thinks that her birth sister Rosina was also adopted but has not been able to find any more info on this. Aileen has never been able to trace any of her family and is not even sure if her sisters know about her, but she has searched in vain many times over the years and any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated |
