On my database of Parish Registers I have
Mary dau Thomas/Mary (White) C 2 Mar 1760 Arundel, Sussex
Mary dau Richard/Ann (Grig) C 29 Jan 1764 Bignor, Sussex
These are the nearest to the date you mentioned.

hi eddy
i have a mary overington on my tree born 1771, don't know if this is the same mary overington as yours, it would have made her about 16 when she married. i haven't got a husband for her yet. her parents are william overington and rebecca gatford. hope this is of help to you. are your overingtons for surrey or sussex. i will give you access to my tree. it may help you.

Trying to find the origins of Mary Overington who married a William Gee in St. Marylebone in 1787 She was probably born around 1762 but no idea where. Is she on your tree ??
