Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 11 Send Message	hi deborah your cousin jayne here well have been digging around and our grandfathers brother george,s son got in touch and james and alice were married at linthrope parish church on the 9/9.1901. james,s father was called george.hope this helps

Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 5 Send Message	My grandfather was Matthew White, born Middlesbrough 1909. His mother was Alice Mary White nee Newton and his father was James White. Cannot find any record of their marriage and would welcome any information anyone has. They obviously moved to Middlesbrough after they married. Thanks.
