Trying to find more details about my Gt.Grandmother her name was Hannah White and she was born about 1840 but do not know where. Her father was a William White and he was born in Cardiganshire Wales , but he was living in London when Hannah married George Yates at the Parish Church, Clerkenwell 25th August 1864. George Yates was a Licensed Victualler and they had three children:- George Henry (my Grandfather) Henry (He emigrated to Australia ,came back on a visit to England about 1927) Mary(did she die? I can find no record after 1871 Census) Hannah died at 15 Holles Street,St Clements Saint-Mary le Strand on 15th September 1874 |
