His sisters were HELEN BROWNE (my Great-Grandmother), and CONSTANCE BROWNE, also born in Liverpool. Their parents were WILLIAM BROWNE, born c1860 in Liverpool, and HELEN (née TURNER), born c1860 in Carnarvon. Please get in touch if you know of any connections. Thanks!
