Charles Wagner, b. abt 1855 in Poland or Russia, to Anton and Thecla Wagner. some or all of the family moved to somewhere in England after 1855. Charles had an only child, Allan John Wagner, who went to school in England from abt 1900-1902 (as per military records which required a history of his schooling). he doesn't show up in the online 1901 census index. as Allan was born in Massachussetts, U.S.A., the only British census he might be on is the 1891. does anyone know about this family? I'd love to hear from cousins. Charles has been a longtime brick wall in my line as he left little in the way of a paper trail. |
