Hi, Elaine Clark trying to fing any information on my Great Grandfather, Paddy Fairfield. We think he originaly came from Ireland and moved to Liverpool where he was a taylor to trade then worked in the steel works. He moved to Hamilton, Lanarkshire where he married Minnie Blair nee Tuft, they had 6 children Martha, May, Minnie ( my granny ) Lizzy, Pat & Dan. My father George Clark was born in 1937 and Paddy had passed away by then, we think he died around age 47. We also think he may have been an orphan as there was never any family spoken about. We would welcome any information. |
