my grandfather James Coffey born 1877 died 1945 in paddington london. He married my grandmother Ethel Vincent in 1895 in paddington, there children as far as i can remember were James who was killed in the first world war in 1917 aged 20, another James ,Ted,queenie,Nelly Kate [my mother],i know there were more but i can't remember there names, they mostly lived in kilburn, london ,where I and my 5 sisters and 3 brothers were born.Iknow that there was a brother of my Grandfathers [John]who moved to England too and he worked on paddington station, I also know that many brothers and sisters stayed in Ireland, possibly County Cork, So there must be an extensive family there still and i can't locate any of them ,it's so frustrating knowing that they are all out there, Maybe John had a family here ,so come on you Coffey's if your father's name was John and you live in paddington please please please get in touch. I know for sure there was family still in Ireland because my Grandfather used to get Shamrock sent over every year in time for st Patricks day packed in wet cotton wool. Any help anyone ????
