Trying to trace relatives of a Florence Wilkes who married a Charles (possibly Reginald) Gilbert around 1903 to 1906. They lived in Birmingham and had 2 x sons and 2 x daughters Charles Reginald born 1907, Lesley (still alive), Ethel (married a Box)and Ivy (never married died approx 1990). Florence was believed to have worked in service before she married and may have had relatives in the brewery or licence trade. Florence and Charles/Reginald are buried at Bramwood End Cemetary near Kings Heath in Birmingham both passed away within a short time of each other around 1960 to 65. |
