McIntyre A big thank you to Genesconnected for helping me find my brother Hugh McIntyre. Its been 25-26 years since we last had any contact. After 3 weeks of contacts we have finally had a reunion on 30th May. Alastair travelled fom Orkney Islands Veronica travelled from Liverpool Hugh travelled from Ipswich and I travelled from Sunderland. We all met at my Aunt Moiras in Glasgow and had a fantastic weekend. We have another reunion in August when My Uncle Peter comes over from South Africa and I know it will be just as special. It was great meeting all my "new" cousins and nieces, and to have such a large family. I know the future will bring many happy times with us all. Once again a massive thank you to this site. I know I will recommend it to anyone trying to find lost relations. This has been a dream come true for all of us. Thanks |
