Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	My father, Percy Edward Keegan born in Bootle and lived in Crosby when young. His father was William Arthur Keegan and his mother Lily Hayward. His father remarried after Lily died in childbirth and had three more children..looking for Arthur, Grace, etc....
