Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am looking for information about my grandfather. He was born in Dean Village, Edinburgh in 1921. His name is James Alexander Paterson, he had a sister called Katherine (known as Kay who died in 1974 but had a son we think was called Gary ).His mother was Grace Wilson Hunter Shepherd Paterson and his dad was Michael Paterson. They moved to Gorgie Road in the 1920's and I'm not sure if they were related to a Carpentry Business in that area. My grandad moved to Manchester in the 1930's, married Edna Kennedy and had 5 children. I would be grateful for any information.
