Looking for information on John Lyons (bn c1825 Glasgow, Scotland). Married a widow Ann Carrol (nee Hoolahan) who was born in Roscrea, Tipperary, Ireland about 1841. They had at least one son John Lyons (bn 1875 Wakefield, Yorkshire, England). Although they did live in Wakefield, in 1881, they later moved north to Stockton-on-Tees. I understand John Lyons (Snr) may have fought in the Crimean War. Ann was known locally in Stockton as Grandma Norton.
