Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	After many attempts at HALS, in Hertford, I have been unable to trace much information on my Great-Grandmother on my father's side: Jane Dowler: Believed to have been born in Rushden, Hertfordshire around 1869. Father's name believed to be William Dowler, mother Sarah. She married Alfred Skipp in Rushden in Oct 1891 and along came my grandfather Thomas Skipp. Any information on Jane would be of great assistance. T H A N K S
