Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 4 Send Message	My grandfather was Charles Betts, a driver who was born in Acton on 03/06/1901. He married Elizabeth Lily Samworth who was born on 30/09/00. Charles died in 1973 in welwyn garden City and Elizabeth died in 1982. My grandfather's father was George Betts who was born in Rochester Kent in 1875 and he married Emma Shirley born in 1876 in Shepherds Bush London. On the 1901 census George and Emma were living at 35 Beaconsfield Road Acton London, George was a general labourer and Emma was a laundress. Any info would be much appreciated.
