i am the granddaughter of jessie jewell,i am trying to find out about my mothers side of the family,my grandmother was born in devon in 1907,she had several sisters alice ,charlotte elizabeth ann [annie],mary ,jane ,and my nan jessie. she was married to john edwin jewell,which im lead to believe this was her cousin ,they had three children,john william [jackie] ,muriel and my mother rosemarie.does this ring any bells?i would love to find out.especially if any one knows of john edwin im to believe he was born 1903 in devon ,could be totnes or kingsbridge?did he have any brothers or sisters ?what were his parents names?im in need of help cant seem to find anything out.please help somebody ,maxine |
