William Capewell born c 1796 married Mary (Surname unknown) born c 1796 CHILDREN William Thomas Capewell born 1819-1821, Oldbury James Capewell born c 1826 Frances Capewell born c 1826 Possibly other siblings 1841 Census shows the following at Berkeley Street, Birmingham: William Capewell aged 45, Wiredrawer? Mary Capewell aged 45 William Capewell aged 20. Boiler Maker James Capewell aged 15. Wiredrawer? Frances Capewell aged 15 William Thomas Capewell married Phoebe Griffin Edgbaston Parish Church on 6th Feb 1842 - both listed as living at Berkeley Street (No parental details for Phoebe). They had a daughter called Sarah Capewell born 2 Jan 1847 at 7 House Redferns Buildings, Garbett Street, Ladywood, Birmingham. Sarah Capewell married Reuben Carr 3 July 1870 at St Johns' Church, Ladywood, Birmingham. They lived at 204 Icknield Port Road, Ladywood, Birmingham CHILDREN William John Carr born 12 Mar 1871 Phoebe Elizabeth Carr and Emma Jane Carr born 28 Aug 1872 Kate Mary Ann Carr born 5 Sep 1876 Sarah Florence Carr born 25 Aug 1878 Phoebe Elizabeth Carr married Frederick Henry Hancox on 24th Dec 1893 and died 22 Mar 1904. Emma Jane Carr married Frederick Henry Hancox 17 Apr 1911 and died 18 Nov 1916. Can anyone fill in any of the gaps here, Do you have any links with my Capewells? Thanks Sue |
