My grandfather had a brother called HENRY STEPHENS born in Berwick 13 December 1860. In the 1881 census he was living in Newcastle but in 1901 census he was living at Church Crescent, Muswell Hill, married to Marion Jane (baptized Mary Jane) nee Buckby. His occupation in 1901 is described as wholesale mantle jacket manufacturer. They had 4 children MARION MAY STEPHENS (b 1886, d 1918), GLADYS LYDIA STEPHENS (b ~1887), ETHEL MARGORY STEPHENS (b ~1892), and HENRY CHARLES STEPHENS (b ~1895). We would very much like to make contact with descendants of HENRY Senior. If he or any of his children fit your ancestors please contact me. |
