Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	My grandmother's name was Jane Wetherell. My great greatgrandfather was a master butcher in South Shields. I understand they lived in Ocean Road. There are no surviving Wetherells that I am aware of and I would be very interested in any Wetherell's with roots in the NE of England. I have recently learned that my grandmother's brother emigrated to the USA. I would like to hear from anyone with the name spelled the same way, as it does not appear to be very common.
