I am trying to find hilda and jacqueline, wife and daughter of len sumpter from Kettering, northamptonshire, England.Len was my great great uncle i think and would really like to get in touch with his family.len was born in ketterinfg and lived in edgell street in 1911 he was in the grenadier guards in 1928 - 1931 he then joined the raf and was picked to be one of the dam busters, while in training in canada he met hilda and later they got married and had a daughter, in 1946 they moved to south london and then to harlow in essex from which they moved to canada. anyone related? |
