Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	Trying to find info on John Johnston [my ggg gf] born 1810, "Beaconsfield" Cumberland [1851 census]may have been a farm name?. Married Ann Lawson from Moresby, Whitehaven in 1835 @ Beckermet St Bridget Cumberland. Lived @ Dixon Hill[house name] Nr Haile/Calderbridge, Cumberland. At least 7 children [Wilfred, Frances, William, Ann, Robert, John] . Struggling to get back any further - possibly Dumfries/Annandale area of Scotland?
