ADOPTED DAUGHTER EDITH GORDON MADDOX, BORN 15/11/1888, WAS MY MOTHER. MY GRANDMOTHER WAS A DIFFERENT BESSIE MADDOX TO THE ABOVE DOB UNKNOWN. MY GRANDFATHER WAS BELIEVED TO BE A "GORDON" (SURNAME) OF FLEET ROAD, PANCRAS AREA LONDON. MY MOTHER MARRIED A HARRY JONES, OF CRYSTAL PALACE, & REMARRIED A REGINALD ARTHUR WALKER, BORN LEICESTER IN THE 1930'S
