can anybody help,I don't know very much about my hennessy family, all I have is the following from certificates. John Hennessy b. c 1888 ireland (shipwright) wife:unknown son: William hennessy b.1908 ireland(some relatives say he was born in uk)died 23 nov 1966, grays,essex.uk Williams wife was kathleen maher b. 1913/14 glamorgan. William and kathleen married 28th july 1951 tolworth, greenwhich surrey he was aged 43. I don't know if he was married before. My mum says there are very strong links with waterford town in ireland, william has sisters mary hennessy and agnes hennessy b. c1908, bridget(bridie) dob unknown, laurence dob unknown. Agnes ran a pub in waterford town called the glen. Mary Hennessy married an A Coffey, mary had daughters alice and elizabeth. |
