Ann Powell[nee Picknell ] from Australia is trying to trace my ancesters :: my Grandfather JOHN ARNOT McGOWAN; b 1888 Camelon Scotland: married Florence Mabel Morgan: John's father was SAMUEL. ? McGowan B.1845 in Ireland who married a Mary 'Maggie' Wilke/ also Irish; They lived in Camelon Scotland and had 8 children all born in Camelon; my Mother was Florence May McGowan, married to James Frederick Picknell; your help solicited. |
