Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	This was my husbands fathers surname. He was an american airman over here and stationed at Wethersfield Air Base in Essex. My husband never knew his father as he was sent back to the USA. My husband was born in December 1957 so his father must have been stationed here until at least the early part of 1957. Dorothy was his mother and they met when she worked at the airbase but lived in Panfield. He has an older brother Hector who sadly was killed aged 11 and an older sister Sylvia who now lives in Italy.
