I and my family are completely new to this research. We have never traced our family tree and much of the information has passed away with relatives. I therefore list some of the surnames known to us and places linked to them. Morley - Mansfield Armitage - Marsden/slaithwaite Greaves - Slaithwaite Sykes - Marsden/salithwaite Cawdron - Norwich Selby - Doncaster and London, Eastwood Goodson - place unknown maybe doncaster paterson - ireland, scotland and england Campbells - scotland williams - wales Somewhere along the Paterson line was an aunt who was on the Titanic. The list can be endless but these names are higher up our list of priorities. Please help. Hints, tips, ideas and information are most welcome. Joanne Armitage nee Morley, Huddersfield |
