Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	Trying to find information about the PAYNE family from around the Bilston area in the West Midlands. Harold Payne was born 26/03/1909 and married Eliza Inskipp born 04/07/1911. Harold was the son of Harold Payne who I think came from Ireland and married Sarah from the West Midlands(Maiden name unknown).
