Trying to find Allmark

I'm looking for the Allmark family in Shropshire, particularly in the Tilstock area. My ancestors were Wheelwrights and Coopers in this area. Joseph and his son John may have worked together, but John later became a Master Cooper and moved north to Manchester between 1876 and 1881. John and my Gt Gt Grandmother Amy Drury (the daughter of another Cooper) were reputed to have eloped as her family did not approve of the romance. Just before the birth of their first child they were married in Prees and they went on to have ten more children while still living in Shropshire, 8 girls and 3 boys. Three of the girls married three brothers from the Dutton family of Stoke upon Tern, and two others married two more brothers from the Hall family, of the same village. Can you help trace any of their descendents or indeed any of Joseph's immediate family? |
