Mary Fairburn (or Fairbank) DALY or DALEY. It has been spelt both ways in old records I am trying to trace the extended family of Mary. My grandmother Mary F DALY, 1901-1964, may have been born in HAMILTON CANANDA. Although she lived in HAMILTON SCOTLAND. Mary had a brother and 3 sisters. Mary's parents were Joseph Daly/Daley and Agnes King Johnston. Joseph was from IRELAND either County Clare or County Cork. Joseph and Agnes appear to have gone to Hamilton in CANADA before finally settling in Hamilton Scotland. They had 6 chlidren 2 boys and 4 girls. If any of this ties in with your tree please let me know. Thanks, Kim. |
