Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	Trying to find any relatives of my grandfather Joe Percival Palmer born in Kent, approximately 1908. His parents owned one of the first Fish and Chip shops. He had at least 12 brothers and sisters - married Annie Clara Witts in Birmingham at around 1933.
