Sheila/Shelagh nee Kay(e). Surname could be Morris now as I am told you married someone called Roy Morris. Used to live in Meltham area of Huddersfield and worked at David Brown Tractors in the 1960's I believe.Would be late 50's early 60'ish. Your Dad's name was Harold Kay(e) and he used to work for Baddeley's in Holmfirth in the 1950's. Lived in a large house in New Mill Road I am told. I don't wish to cause distress since I am the illegitimate child of your Dad but I would like to have a photograph of him as I have long wondered about my roots. Just to know if I resemble him in any way would fill a void.I know my mother used to have a photgraph, but she threw it away many years ago without me ever seeing it.Would appreciate it if you could e-mail one to me.I apologise if this causes you distress, but I'm 51 now and I would like to have something to show who my father was. Many thanks |
