Trying to find brothers/sisters of my paternal grandfather Walter Clifford Howard. He married Elizabeth Ellen Jones on 4th July 1917. He was stationed on the H.M.S.Blonde in Birkenhead at the time. He originally came from Ilford in London and I know of at least one sister called Bertha but for some reason I've yet to discover he rarely spoke about or contacted the rest of his family. He may have had one other sister who may have moved to America although I'm unsure of dates to confirm this. His father was Thomas Howard but i'm not sure on his mothers name. Anyone out there who can help? |
