Arthur Coventry born in Wandsworth in 1836 to Millis and Mary Coventry. Had an older brother, Edward 1834 (Corn Merchant) and a younger brother, Millis 1837 (lawyer and JP) plus another brother that I have not yet identified. There were also 4 sisters, Priscilla, Emma, Lucy and Ellen/Helen. Arthur married in 1863 and had 10 children with his first wife, Caroline Helen Bagshawe. The children were born in Lancashire between 1862 and 1878. He was widowed in 1893 and remarried in 1895 to my great grandmother Emily Rosher. They had 5 daughters - Mary Joan, Margaret Eva, Irene Theodora, Winifred Edith and Grace Eileen born between 1895 and 1904 I would like to find out some information on my grandmother's older half brother's - Theodore, Walter, Arthur and Charles and half sister's - Edith, Helen, Marion, Hilda, Alice and Meta. Would like very much to hear from anyone. I have photos of the people named above from the 1880's onwards. Michele |
