I need some help with George Goddard. All i have on him is his marriage certificate. I would like to know when he was born and who was in his family. He was a mason married to Ann Dainton on 02/10/1854 in the Parish of Lyncombe in Somerset. I see from the certificate that his father was also called George and at the time of the marriage he was a labourer. The certificate also says that both George Goddard and Ann Dainton were living in Caroline Buildings and were both 'full age' at the time of marriage (doesn't help me with a DOB!) Is there anyone out there that can help me please? Somerset is a bit of a long way for me to go and would really appreciate any help offered. Many thanks Carly Hodge |
