The only William Instance in 1861 Southampton is aged 11 & a Scholar not a seaman? Georgina.

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to reply. The 11 year old William would have been his son. I think you are all on the right path becauce he married a Susannah Fairhead and I believe he had another son called Joseph, so i'll get to work on the info you gave me. Thanks David
