Hi Nicola i've searched deaths 1932 to 1937 and can find no obvious for her death,sorry hun! I'll go back to tracing their children keep checking back i'll do my best for ya cos i know how hard it can be to begin with. Hugs xx

Hi Nicola,i think the best thing would be to get the marriage certificate of Thomas and Edith as it will give both their ages and fathers names,use the ref numbers at the end of the record i posted,right first sibling i've found George G Dyer mothers maiden name Stone registered in Bristol Jul-Sep 1919

RTG Dyer joined the Army aged 17

Not sure about age of RTG Dyer when he joined the Army but the younger children went into an orphanage - he married my grandmother in India around 1942 and was in the Army then.

Do youknow roughly when edith died ie you said your grandad joined the army was that before or after his mother died and roughly how old was he when he went into the army,now searching for other births for you. xx

Hi Nicola,its simply a case of trawling through the records,do you know when she died as when you find a death record it gives the age of the person and it can narrow down the birth search,will you be about for a while because i could have a check for you but would need you about so i can ask you questions etc. xx

Tommy/Thomas Dyer - This is my great grandfather - I know my grandfather Ronald Thomas Gregory Dyer was born in Bristol 17 Dec 1917. Any other info would be appreciated. My Grandad and his brother George joined the Army but other siblings went into an orphanage when their mother died. Do not have any other info.
