Reg I think you are right about Wash being Mark because according to the IGI the children were born to Mark Ellwood & Mary. Georgina.

Wash is obviously a mistranscription........I think it's actually Mark, and the age is wrong also. There is one name above Mary's, which looks like Mark, but the age is virtually indistinguishable, although it could be 42, which would make sense..
