Can anyone get into the website, I managed to log in but can't do searches or even lookup previously viewed images or timeline. Can someone just check and see if they can please!! I want to know if its just my computer or the system is down.. Betty

Hi Anne, Thanks for your message, I was able to get into it but like you couldn't do anything, it came up with an error message, will go and try it now, maybe as you say its just been busy. Thanks Betty

Hi Derek, I was on the website very early this morning about 1am and bought some credits. I thought I would do some searching this afternoon but after I managed to get into the site, I couldn't view previously viewed images or search any BMD or census without an error message coming up. I then tried to log out and couldn't without the error message coming up again. Now I will loss several hours of the time left on these credits I bought. I hope this isn't going on until Monday morning. Betty

Hi Rosalyn, I just bought these credits just after 1am this morning so I could do searches tonight. You only have so much time to use them and I have now lost over 20 hours of my time to use them. Yes if the time runs out I will still have the units there, carried forward but will have to pay for another lot of Units before I can use any of them. This is if Scotlands People are off for several days anyway. Betty
