he is in the 1881 census - he is married to Louisa and lived in west ham. |

Yes it is very interesting, so Mary and Thomas must not be William's children as their surnames were Snell. |

In 1891 he probably would have been living in the West Ham or London area. |

I don't think that is him as on the 1881 census his name is listed as Thos. Howe not Snell but they probably are some kind of relation to him. |
