Barbara I was looking for the answers from actual users of the service. I have looked at the Borthwick web site, but that isnt the same, as finding out from a user how it actually went. But thanks for your response Adrian

How easy is it to look up Bishops Transcripts at the above please. Is it a friendly environment? Is it easy to do? Any hints or tips would be useful, thank you.
