Marcelle there is an entry on the family search site for his christening but the entry has been submitted by a member of the LDS church & not taken directly from a parish record so would need double checking against parish records. CHARLES WOOTTON Male Event(s): Birth: Christening: 02 DEC 1761 Ilminster, Somerset, England Death: Burial: Parents: Father: WILLIAM WOOTTON Georgina.

I hope some one can help. I can't seem to get any further. I have a Charles Wootten born abt 1760 in Ilminster, Somerset who married a Sarah Lock born abt 1762. I have found a son Samuel Wootten born 1799 and christened 16.10.1805 aged 6. I can't seem to go back any further. I did find a William Wootten born abt 1703 in Ilminster and I think he married Ann Milverton. I think this was Charles parents. Can anyone have a look and see if they can find any more info on Charles 1760 and Sarah 1762 ie deaths, any more children or anything on William and Ann.Sorry for asking but Im tearing my hair out. Many Thanks
