image check 1851 anyone plese?

Could someone please look at charles Strong born C1807 Sampford Vivel and in Woolfardisworthy,Devon alone in 1851 Could some one check the image and see if it does say Vivel or whether it looks like Peveral,Pev'rl or similar instaed-I cannot find a Vivel and my parents/grandparents haven't heard of it either-and they're really old and born here!-Thanks
