i would like to find anything out about my grandfathers mother, her name was florence ashby(maiden name).My grandfather was put in foster care when he was a small child,he was born in leeds in 1926, but he died when he was 36,so we dont know much about his side of the family.we know that there wasnt a father on his birth certificate,so if you could please help anyway i would be very greatfull.all i know is her name,and were she came from which was leeds.thanks |

Lisa, Florence Ashby is quite a common name but if she was born in Leeds this could be her birth... Births Dec 1905 Ashby Florence Leeds 9b 378 Georgina. |
