Hiya Is it more info on Charles Henry Strong you're (still) looking for? Sorry, deleted any reference to this from before, but it rings a bell. Is this the guy that went to India? did he die 1858 4Q in Newton Abbott? Or has my memory degenerated even further than I thought, lol! Have you got the death cert to confirm date of death etc? And place etc. Myfanwy

Thanks M- But no -its the Father of the one that went to india!!-I've got a bit further! No Brenda has found his death in Crediton for me now for certain-1859-I know this is the right date as his wife married again in 1860 (Not on ancetry but someone found it for me on another sire Elizabeth strong/James Alford (also a widower). Was just being greedy relly-and trying to find out more about Charles--and hoping if I could find a burial for him maybe I could try and get the inscription (If there was one) from his stone and it might say something which would help about his parents. Thanks again Brenda!!
