Sunshine Homes Wales - Does anyone have any info on the sunshine childrens homes in wales, My father and his four brothers were sent there inthe 1920's, but I cdo not know where in wales and cannot find any record of any home. Barbara

Were they visually impaired? Only refs I can find are for Sunshine homes for blind babies, and links with the RNIB. Jay

I think there was a home in Bridgend, Glamorgan. This was for visually impaired children, I believe, but maybe others went there too. Bridgend library have very helpful staff, maybe they will be able to clarify. Gwyn
