Father Fredrick Charles Milkins, can you tell me how to get a copy, i know on a copy it says adopted refer to such and such at records office. As there was a name change, he was born Ronald Fredrick Milkins, then in 1936 he was adopted and it Changed to Marshall Fredrick Lloyd. hiya, as promised, I have found the marriage entry for fred/edith, you will need these ref's to order cert Online from GRO, the cert will cost £7 marriage in Dec quart 1921 Frederick C. Milkins District-Bedwellty Volume- 11a Page- 305 spouses surname is Williams www*gro*gov*uk replace * with dots, they explain how to order online, and it pretty straight forward, once you have this cert, you can then continue with census, and check if the names are right, hope this is ok for you Julie
