Do you know which area of the country we are looking? Some areas have transcribed marriages but it is patchy. |

Have been looking for the marriage of George Richard McCarthy and Ethel Kathleen Riley. He served in WW1 and their first child was born in 1919. These are all the details I have, and this is from their daughter!! All names are spelt as above but I'm sure they could have been transcribed wrong. The daughter is certain they married between 1918-1919. Have looked on Ancestry and FreeBMD for the period 1910-1915 and 1918-1920 and cannot find it. Are there any other reliable sources which may have the info? Thanks in advance. Laura |
