Can't help, but to give you an idea of what you are asking, I once spent an entire afternoon going through just ONE year of admissions to a workhouse. nell

Hi. If anyone is going to the Liverpool Records Office would you mind checking something for me in the Liverpool Workhouse Records. The staff there seem to be snowed under with enquiries and I am not able to get there. I need help in finding any information about James Marr who died there on 17th August 1907. He was 27, his occupation was general Labourer and his address was 132 Richmond Row. Any info would be really appreciated - DOB, admission date, anyone who was admitted with thim, next of kin.
