Can anybody locate Angelina Stephenson in 1901 census please, i have her in all other census...... it IS very odd!, want as though they married a million miles away either or anywhere totally obscure. i do wonder of angelina was in service ( as would have been normal ) and called by a name not nearly as innapropriate for a 'domestic' as Angelina

Lol Alice, I see what you mean! I know she had the nick name 'Jeannie/Jinny' given to her by her family members. She died in Harlesden, Willseden area on 11th February 1911, not long after her hubby Henry, although his name on Angelina's death cert was 'Harry' occupation; Master cycle Maker!

Can anybody else help or offer suggestions please???

Yes that is her family, her Father Charles states his occupation on cert as Drainers contractors foreman.

what is Angelinas address on her marriage certificate?

Hi Caz, Angelina's address on cert is, 37 Pasture street great Grimsby Lincs, where her family are in 1901 (the entry you found) I keep popping back to Ancestry looking for them!

the address on the 1901 is no. 47, there doesn't seem to be a 37, the next page starts at no. 35. who is Suie? Was she a sister? I'm afraid I give up, I have one like that on the 1891 - I just cannot find him, but have him on the 1901!!

The only other thing I can think of is doing an address search of Kilburn Lane on the official 1901 site search? Do you have a number for that address? If not then even if you check out any number it may give you the census HO numbre to trawl through Ancestry. Suzanne

**update** Thanks to Suzanne's tip above I have now discovered Henry Brooks was NOT living on Kilburn lane London on night of census, there was a young family living there! I checked out the address and image via official 1901 census site. Lib:))

My 2x gr Aunt attempted to elope with her Boyfriend to Canada, her father found out and dragged them back to England, later that year they married in England and within a week they were back on their way to Canada, True story, sometimes you never know what happened, so anythings likely.

Oh Carrie That's all I need, lol A hunt around the world.........I hope not! ***************************** I can't see that happening as Angelina's mother Sarah was seriously poorly with breast cancer in 1901, she sadly died December 9th 1901!
