John If you look at the actual page for the 1871 census it is very difficult to make out the family name of Richard. It has been transcribed as Dedrick but I am not too sure if this is correct. Can someone else take a look and see what you think. John Cannot find a Richard DIDCOCK on the IGI. The reason why I ask is that Emma has a Richard DEDRICK same year and same birth place on the 1871 census. I don't know if we are supposed to be looking for a DIDCOCK or a DEDRICK. Victor

John, do you know when Richard and Sarah married? The nearest match i found for Richard was a Richard 'dimmock' born in Stowe, buckinghamshire, his birth year is given as 1837 and he's a servant.
